Duana Williams is the Director of Operations who works with the Operations Team for The Williams Team to help implement, maintain, and execute the processes and flows to help run the back office smoothly.

Duana believes that a strong administration team is the foundation to help all agents on the team succeed and meet their goals. Duana landed her first position with The Williams Team in 2017 as the Client Care Coordinator when she decided to leave the education field and pursue other goals.

She quickly learned the contract to close process with over 400 transactions in just four years of being in the real estate industry. Quickly learning the industry, she decided to get her real estate license as well and joined the Atlanta Board of REALTORS Association in 2018.

Outside of real estate, Duana enjoys creating amazing memories with her husband, daughter and son. She enjoys traveling, fine dining and mixing cocktails for her family and friends. She’s also very active in the gym and enjoys pick up games of volleyball.

Duana holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education from Valdosta State University.
