Duana Williams is the Director of Operations for The Williams Team, where she leads the systems, processes, and operational strategy behind one of metro Atlanta’s well-respected real estate organizations. Her leadership has helped create the structure and infrastructure needed to deliver exceptional client service while building a scalable business designed for sustainable growth.
An entrepreneur and operations strategist, Duana is passionate about helping businesses move beyond simply working harder and toward building smarter. Her expertise in systems, processes, and organizational structure has positioned her as a leader in business operations and team development.
A native of Newnan, Georgia, Duana began her professional career as an educator in Abu Dhabi. Her experience as a teacher helped develop the leadership, communication, and organizational skills that would later become the foundation of her work in business operations and leadership.
After joining forces with her husband, Rod Williams, in 2016, Duana played an instrumental role in building the foundation for what would become The Williams Team. In 2019, they officially founded the team, combining Rod's expertise in sales and business development with Duana's leadership in operations and systems. Her ability to create structure, implement processes, and build systems that support growth has helped transform the business into a thriving real estate organization known for exceptional service and a proven model for sustainable growth.
